I’ve been working to update this resource, because I constantly feel awful that it’s so out of date.
If there’s anyone out there interested in this sort of thing, please look it over and let me know if you find errors, inconsistencies, missing mods, or other issues.
If you’re a mod author and your mod isn’t listed, please send me a message or an ask and let me know. If you can include the information needed for the spreadsheet (mostly the item variation and name, but UTIs and URLs are also appreciated) that would be super helpful.
Known issues:
I haven’t updated the boots, gloves, and helms for a lot of the armors that I just added
a lot of the URLs, uti names, and other less-important details haven’t been filled in
I haven’t added the weapons and shields from the packs whose armor I’ve added

Not sure if it’s useful, but this is my most recent WIP spreadsheet, as of *thinks* October or November of last year… it includes most every mod on DA Nexus, Old!BSN projects, and the Russian mod sites as of that time frame… though I’m pretty sure whatever is in there re LadyofPayne’s mods is wrong; I stopped adding/editng them b/c she kept updating so frequently I couldn’t keep up.
There’s a lot of weird colour coding in the sheet; I just did a quick pass through to delete any of my personal mods (and I probably stripped out any info about things I’ve released… there aren’t more than one or two of those, though.)
Allows the player to select Githyanki spots like they would a tattoo. Stacks with all existing CC options, and works on ist- I mean, non-gith characters as well.
This is also what I spent like 2 days doing instead of doing actual work lmao

I made yet another face presets mod including 8 heads for humans, elves, drow, half-elves, tieflings and githyanki of body type 1! Piercings have been refitted and it's compatible with Eyes of the Beholder and Unique Tav. Hope you like it!
Alright guys, I got taken by a fae mood again and beat myself bloody against Adobe's shader api, all to bring forth the BG3 Skin Shader For Substance Painter. Hopefully, this will make the texture editing work flow easier for those of us who use substance painter. Please let me know if you have any feedback or ideas about improving the resource, and if you have any questions feel free to ask.

This mod adds eladrin as a playable race, with new, unique character creation elements.

Custom spells, based on what is described in Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes:
Level 1 All: Fey Step - Teleport to an unoccupied space you can see (per short rest)
Level 3 Winter Eladrin: Winter Fey Step - Frighten and teleport to an enemy (per short rest)
Level 3 Spring Eladrin: Spring Fey Step - Teleport yourself in the place of another person you can see (per short rest)
Level 3 Summer Eladrin: Summer Fey Step - Deal fire damage and teleport to an enemy (per short rest)
Level 3 Autumn Eladrin: Autumn Fey Step - Charm and teleport to an enemy (per short rest)
OPTIONAL FILES:
Fey Fashion – Adds a set of season-themed casual clothes, a set of season-themed leather armour, and season-themed dyes so that you can colour any armour you want! All items included in the prologue chest, and sold by various merchants throughout the game.
Fey Ink – Replaces the default tattoos with custom new designs. Unfortunately, the caveat is that it will affect all tattoos, not just for your character.

This is a work in progress, combining info from various sources. Some spells don't have voice lines, some have voice lines but aren't listed in the sources (will have to verify in-game), and some have voice lines but I couldn't understand what was being said, lol.
