I was originally drawing something else, but then I saw Louis Emmanuel's Jehan wearing a green vest, it was just too cute... so this thing came about.
Who could resist Jehan in that green floral vest?! Nobody could!
Honestly, couldn't Jehan be some kind of Disney princess?(I've gone crazy)

i bet there were guys in the 1800s who were super fucking Reddit about everything, but no one had the right word yet for why those guys were so annoying. so they just had to wonder
having grown up doing community theatre and then some professional shows, i genuinely believe from the very bottom of my heart it is crucial that any human with the desire to perform on a stage gets the chance as many times as they like. singing and dancing are innate to humanity yet we've made it inaccessible to all but the select few we deem "good enough" to tolerate. i think people with no pitch and no rhythm and who can't remember their lines should get to be in musicals and plays and choirs and i mean that.
and community performing arts groups & venues shouldn't have to rely on ticket sales to fund their programs. they should be paid for by taxes and freed to focus solely on engaging & enriching the communities in which they exist.
if a bunch of your neighbors suddenly have the funds and venue to put on the most off-key production of Les Misérables you've ever heard, they're not using up Les Misérables. Other venues will continue to put on Les Misérables with more talent & technical skill.
all that's changed is that there's more Les Misérables in the world. great news if you like Les Misérables.
you don't even have to engage in it if you really don't want to. but if you do you might discover that local performing arts isn't actually about the technical skill of the performers so much as it is being a part of a whole in a way that feeds your very soul.

Millennial here. All the above and:
Please send me the training or tutorial in a written format with maybe some screenshots if necessary. I don't want a video tutorial. I don't want to waste time trying to scroll to the exact moment in the instructions that I need and then have to pause and replay it because I missed the .01 seconds of actually relevant information.
Please. Text. Maybe some images for clarification. I can read. I promise.
Skimmable, SEARCHABLE instructions. If they're long, there should be a hyperlinked table of contents.
Elder Millennial here cosigning HARD
If you really need to show a movement, embed a gif or 15-scond-or-less video in the text, like Jod intended.
I work in science communications and I am constantly hearing about how we need to try to do video to appeal to the newest generation of scientists and it's like do you think physicists who can't read are a good idea?
Writing good instructions is hard, good pictograms are even harder to generate. So companies save time and money by hiring one guy for a 15 min video instad of a 15 page manual
may you get a sign this week that shows you that you’re on the right path and that things are flowing and moving in your favor. may the sign be evident, clear, and direct
