You know how brands have a monthly subscription and for ten dollars a month you can get a bag of beauty products or art supplies... Well why don't they have one for cosplayers? Like the boxes include polymer clay or foam or shit. Like why is this not a thing?
I was watching reruns of Supernatural and my mom is on the couch next t reading her book. So she looks p every now and then to the TV and she looked up and asked: Is that the gay angel?" when Cas popped up on the screen and I'm still laughing!

So the frontier guy is here to fix our phone and stuff and I was making pasta in my kitchen and he sees me and I don't know what to do so I duck down and then he comes inside and I'm just hiding in the kitchen eating my pasta because the frontier guy is cute and my mom thinks I should talk with him which is sad when your mom wants you to get some.
So I've been watching the earlier seasons of Supernatural and I've been making remarks about how "Cas loves Dean." And my mom (who doesn't really understand the show/fandom life) said "Castiel is gay?"
I paused the show, turned towards her and began with "So there is a thing called shipping."
After half and hour or so of explaining "fandom" and the difference between canon and head canon etc. it ended with my mom saying "these people (in fandoms) have too much time on their hands"
I didn't even mention fanfiction...
