I know most of you have lost their hope for this RP to ever reopen. Well, for you who are still hoping, I have some good news and some bad news.

Bad news - this RP will not be reopening

Good news - there is a brand new Arthurian RP I have been part of since its launch and I am co-modding it, and I must say that it’s at least as good as the old one, if not better!

Many of your favourite canon characters are included in the group and there are many more to come. Also, we will be bringing in some of the original characters that have been created for the old group, just to offer something familiar to anyone who’d feel like coming back. The people in the group are an amazing bunch and we would love to see you join us soon! We are always open to suggestions and questions, so do not hesitate to ask us anything. 

We welcome everyone, old players or new; you don’t have to feel intimidated or have a comprehensive knowledge of Arthurian legends! All you need to know is on the blog and everyone is always there to help!

So come, and become the knight of the Round Table, a noblewoman or king Arthur himself!

Will this place be reopening soon?

As much as it pains me to say this, I don't know, anon. I have close to no time for this roleplay these days and every time I try to revive it, somehow it never happens, due to other commitments. Unless I get a co-mod (if anyone's interested, let me know?), I'm not sure if I'll be able to reopen this RP any time soon :(

Hello, and so sorry for the longest inactivity on this blog! Things have been very hectic recently and I lost my login details and everything just sort of messed up.

I know there are still some of you out there, who want to come back to RPing and that is why I want to try this once again. If you're still part of this roleplay, please like this post as soon as possible! I will give this some time, but if I won't hear from you soonish, I will be reopening inactive characters, so we can start moving again!

Leaning against the side of the stables, Isabella let out a tired breath through puffed cheeks. It’d been a long day trying to break the newest addition to the King’s horses and the mare was a stubborn one. Reaching up to shove a stray strand of hair out of her face, the girl rocked herself forward off the wall with a soft grunt, meaning to head back into the stables, keeping an eye open for a free stableboy. Not two steps in, her foot landed in something soft and Isabella let out a loud, sudden curse.

Eyes widening, Isabella quickly glanced around to ensure that no one overheard her. The last thing she needed was a tongue lashing about minding her tongue, as she was a woman. When her glance around deemed her safe, she hobbled over to the nearest post and scraped the bottom of her boot against it, muttering the whole time.

"Damn it all, I’d just cleaned these…" Once her boot was mostly scraped clean, Isabella straightened, tossing her long plait of her shoulder and continued about her business. Fresh hay needed to be added to the occupied stalls and the water most likely needed to be changed, but first things first was continuing to try and get on the good side of the new mare.

Erec | Knight of the Round Table | OPEN | FC: Sam Claflin

Erec is a fairly new knight, but he is determined and devout in his training. He is brave, strong, and protective of his country and his ideals. When he was offered the chance to defend Camelot against the Saxons, he did not hesitate to go.

Now that Saxon attacks on Camelot have ceased, Erec has returned to serve King Arthur personally as a knight of the Round Table. But fate seems to have a different plan for him. A childhood sweetheart, Lady Enide, has reentered his life, and he is eager to rekindle their relationship.

Lamorak | Knight of the Round Table | OPEN | FC: Michael Fassbender

The second son of King Pellinore, Lamorak has always dreamed of stepping out of his family’s shadow. With his father and older brother Aglovale in good health, there is not much need for Lamorak, or his brothers. When Aglovale went to become a knight for Arthur, and later when Pellinore joined him in Camelot, Lamorak started to feel as though he had some sort of purpose in Listenoise, and took to the responsibility with enthusiasm. But he’s never been much of a political mind; he’s a hothead when it comes to matters of state, and he’d much rather be in the training yard than the council chambers.

When Pellinore sent summons for Lamorak to come to Camelot, he leapt at the chance to leave Listenoise and join his father and brother. He was somewhat less enthused to discover he was invited only to be a suitor for ladies that would suit his father’s political agenda, but being a knight in Camelot meant relief from his political duties.

Life purpose: 

To enjoy his final days as a bachelor before his father marries him off

Ettard | Lady in Waiting | OPEN | FC: Natalie Portman

Lady Ettard came from a home of privilege and wealth, and has grown up expecting nothing less. Her parents sent her to Camelot in the hopes that she would learn humility there, and find a suitable husband among Arthur’s court. But Ettard holds nothing but disdain for Arthur’s ragtag selection of would-be knights; most of them don’t even have that much money, and what would she want with anyone like that? She is dismissive and cruel to men who attempt to woo her, and unforgiving to those who are rude to her.

Life purpose:

To prove to her parents that she doesn’t need a husband

Enide | Lady In Waiting | OPEN | FC: Jessica De Gouw

Since she became a woman, Enide’s parents have been pressuring her to get married. They believed that her beauty could secure her a wealthy husband who was a duke or a prince, pulling their family from merchants to nobility. When Enide expressed no interest in following her parents’ plans, she was sent to a convent for the next several years to tame her wilful spirit. There she met a young girl named Elaine and soon the two became best friends. The girls stuck together through everything, good or bad, and were practically inseparable.

When they believed she would obey their commands, Enide’s parents took her from the convent and brought her to Camelot, with strict instructions to not return home without a husband. Enide became a lady in waiting at the castle and, to the great joy of them both, reunited with her lost best friend.
