Don't get me wrong I love The Pitt and i think its doing an amazing job showing the bullshit healthcare workers go through. HOWEVER I do absolutely get the vibe that someone on the writing team hates EMS. like they've taken multiple opportunities to show them as incompetent and apathetic. As someone who is in EMS and has been shit on from doctors and nurses who have no idea what my scope of practice is or the types of situations we walk into. Im not saying the situations shown can't happen they totally can and no its not right at all, but being screamed at by an attending in the middle of the ER is not professional at all and will put a further divide and make hospital staff more likely to mistreat EMS in the future.
