@ookamiscarecrow
captain america was bitten by a radioactive americanĀ
This made me so fucking angry I have to inflict it on all of you.
whatās the punchline here
wait
āIs it normal?ā The binding edition
Yes:
Getting winded after walking quickly/upstairs with binder on, but able to catch breath
Chafing in the underarm areas
Soreness (during or after) in arms, shoulders, or back
Increased acne on chest or back
Mild anxiety about tightness
Chest sagging
No, take it off and rest, see a doctor if problem gets worse or doesnāt go away after taking the binder off (or after one week):
Nausea during or after binding, including nausea caused by pain
Bruising
Out of breath/canāt catch breath when not wearing binder
Skin rash
Sharp pains in ribs
Not able to cough or sneeze
Numbness in arms
Feeling too tired/sore to do everyday activities
Suddenly having any of the above symptoms even if youāve been binding for yearsĀ
No, see a doctor ASAP, could be a sign of serious injury:
Anything from the above category if you can just tell/feel something is wrong, better safe than sorry
Extreme claustrophobia/panic attacksĀ
Sharp pain in chest/heart skipping beats or beating very fast
Not able to breathe Ā
Dizziness
Blueness in lips or fingertips
Change in shape of ribcage
Fainting
good stuff to know if you wear a binder, especially if youāre new to it. this is way more informative than the basic ādonāt wear it for more than 8 hours uwu!!!111!!ā - although that is also good advice. sometimes the time you keep it on will vary because of your schedule, and you donāt have to panic if thatās the case. just pay attention your body, know whatās safe, and crack your poor back as often as you can.

This is actually really funny. In high school my humanities teacher told us a story about one of the Europe trips he had gone on with the school a few summers past. So him and the group of kids were in the middle of Rome and the tour guide had gotten lost. They could figure out how to get to some church they were going to see. All of a sudden one of the students like call attention to himself. He says he knows where to go and just start walking around the streets, taking back roads and side streets and within 20 mins theyāre at the church they needed to get to. My teacher asks the kid if he has every been to Italy before. He says no, he just knew where to go because he played Assassins Creed Brotherhood.
whereās that one post that goesĀ āi donāt give a shit about soldier 76 but i would love if blizzard made him gay because it would majorly piss off his primary fanbase thatās full of edgy straight boysā because that really sums up what i think about this new reveal
My parents live in this town and the city legally canāt tear the tree down to build or anything because the tree has its own legal rights and they canāt do anything about it.
how does. how does this happen. how DID this happen
I love this story because this guy in the early 1800ās had so many great childhood memories of this tree and wanted to make sure it was protected no matter what. So he deeded the ownership of the tree to itself and everyone just went with it.
Then in 1942 this intense windstorm came and knocked the tree over. And people were bummed. But someone had saved an acorn from the original tree, so they planted that and now Son of the Tree That Owns Itself is over 50 feet tall.
And since this new tree is technically the offspring of the original tree itās considered to have legally inherited the plot of land itās inhabiting.
Two generations of trees owning land is amazing and if you donāt think this is the coolest thing get right out of my face.

How u make her go fast ! What is she running from
her past
Can i get a step by step on how to do this?
So far for me itās been something like:
1. Become aware of how and when you tearing yourself down.
2. Now that you can catch yourself doing it. Offer counters to the negative self talk. A really useful thing I read was to talk to yourself almost the way you would child. Gentle and patient. Even when they fuck up.
3. Take time to celebrate your small accomplishments. Youāve been attacking yourself for every little mistake. Apply that same fervor to the positive things in your life. Did the dishes even though you didnāt want to? Fuck yeah! Got up and took shower? YES!!! You are taking positive steps to feeling better. Celebrate it.
4. Make lists of things youāre good at/ like about yourself. The first time I did this the only two things in my list weāre that I liked my hair and I had good friends. It was start.
5. Donāt beat yourself up if you screw up steps 1-4. Itās counter productive. When I catch myself calling my self stupid for some mistake or other my response now is,āWe donāt talk to ourselves like that anymore. Whatās something constructive that could actually help solve the problem.ā
Most of the time that seems to work. Not always. But more and more Everytime.
I hope any of that made sense.
honestly⦠tbh,. to be honest, to be totally honest⦠to tbh be honest..
The stories of women in my family who were forced into lives they didnāt want and didnāt utilize their passions breaks my heart. My grandma wanted to be a journalist and write about the injustices she saw inflicted on disabled ppl while she was volunteering at a state run institution as a teen. Her father decided that she was ātoo fat and stupidā for college and forced her to get married at 17 or else heād make her homeless. As a kid she told me that she wished people believed that she had meaningful opinions on events around her. One of my great grandmothers wanted to be an artist but was pressured into marrying a man who beat her. She stayed up late each night when her children were in bed writing poetry and pasting it over elaborate collages she mad herself. We still have stacks of these notebooks she created but was never allowed to do anything with. My mother wanted to be an operatic singer and was considered a musical prodigy in her town because she taught herself three seperate instruments by 13. When she was 18 she met my then 30 year old father who emotionally manipulated her into giving up her dreams to start a family with him. As a kid I would hear her up at night playing the violin or doing vocal exercises until she became too depressed to practice anymore. Like idk yāall thereās a quiet type of violence in the way womenās talents are devalued and brushed aside in favor of bullying them into ātraditionalā roles that ultimately donāt fulfill what they wanted for their lives. Weāve lost so much art, music, writing, science, and happiness to misogyny.
