I wanted to use 2D CEL and 2D CUT OUT animation techniques together in this animation. The software is Toonboom Harmony. Black and white part, rolling cats and audiences at the end, all of the effects are 2D CEL animation. The rest of all are 2D CUT OUT animation. Thanks to these rig artists for the characters.
