I think itâs hilarious how someone always mentions autistic people with special interests when someone vaguely mentions the phenomenon of Disney adults. I think the heavy majority of Disney adults are not autistic and it is kind of insulting that you assume they are. You think a grown adult who owns a wall of Mickey ears must be autistic because you picture an infantilized caricature when you think of an autistic person. More than that, I, a funny and cultured autistic guy who collects stickers and rocks, should be allowed to mock Disney adults regardless of if theyâre neurodivergent or not.
It's fun being queer and weird and unconventional until you remember you live in a society

this is an epic exposure of how propaganda functions.
Always worth watching, even if you've seen it before, bc its a great refresher for how propagandists like Kirk work.
i love writing out numbers and then putting them in parentheses like "one (1)" even when i dont need to i think its funny
Popular chat platform Discord plans to roll out age checks globally starting in or after June 2026, opting people into teens settings by def
Discord is supposedly saying this is going to affect "only 10% of users", but I really don't believe them at all. It's always going to be way worse and affect more people than what they claim.
So in case anyone needs it:
After Discord announced plans to require age verification for all users, a free, HTML-based tool emerged that aims to bypass facial scans on
maybe i like my tech a little bit inconvenient
maybe i like pulling out my debit card instead of using apple pay. maybe i like untangling my wired headphones. maybe i like typing something into the search bar instead of using siri or whatever. maybe i like curating my own social media feeds over an algorithm. i just donât think everything has to be perfectly streamlined and efficient i like it when things feel tethered to the real world.
practicing self care less out of self love and more for the sheer logical reasoning of itâd be kinda stupid of me to expect myself to be able to function without proper maintenance
âoh i donât deserve rest and relaxation, i havenât done enough, i havenât earned itâ and my carâs breaks donât deserve break fluid because they arenât breaking well enough to earn it. thatâs what you sound like!!!!!
Wh-what do you mean itâs from a birthday cake

In love with this random guy who had a lock slapped on his storage unit for not paying its rental and not only did he ignore management and took his stuff out without paying, but also chose to steal the lock itself and send it to the LockPickingLawyer along with a confession letter
@theoutcastrogue
cant believe you didnt include the full sentence
People always focus on the "lockpicking" part of his name and ignore that the lockpicking lawyer is, indeed, a lawyer, and can tell you exactly which crimes you committed in getting this lock to him
the thing about art is that sometimes you'll be moved to tears by stuff that is not very good
"it's ok to show (x) in fiction as long as the bad guy gets punished!" the bad guy doesn't have to get punished. in fact the bad guy can win altogether. the bad guy can entirely get away with it. hope this helps
and this part might make some people's head explode but: characters can be written to forgive things you personally wouldn't ever forgive. not everything is written as what you'd perceive to be the right choice. not everything is a self-insert & protagonists don't have to be relatable.
If you live in Detroit, it is strongly recommended that you don't breathe.
As someone in WI, this whole region is awful so please be careful friends! (7/16/2026)
Please put on your N95s. The same ones used for covid will filter particulate pollution. I lived in a city with yearly winter pollution levels like this. If you can pay for it, you might as well get an indoor air filter to sleep in.
really good text from my sister in law
