Hello people! I'm Max, I'm 21+, and this blog is dedicated to book fandoms I was first into in elementary and early middle school, which at this point is mostly Riordanverse stuff.

My main is @song-of-fairies which is dedicated to anime, but I follow from there

As far as Riordanverse is concerned: I really only acknowledge the books. The musical is good but not canon to me. I have the tags for the show and movies blocked. "But- but- but-" leave me alone idc if you like them I'm not going to try to stop you. I think they suck and I'm tired of seeing information about them. It's like kink tomato but no kink to me

I used to be into Harry Potter. You can probably still find stuff related to it on this blog. Because of who jkr is today and what she does and says I am no longer considering myself part of that fandom.

I've been into Riordanverse for 15+ years. Which yes means I was around for the original persassy and perachel vs percabeth and jason/brick stuff. I view it with fond nostalgia but I promise y'all the ship wars really don't need to come back.

this tickles me so much obviously percy just thinks frank's abilities would be useful to get them out of there but if you go back and reread some of percy's most Dire moments in the series you'll find that it's very rare for percy to hope to be rescued by a friend when he's in danger (and I think this speaks to how frank is one of percy's closest friends out of this entire cast #longlivesontrio). I am also tickled by the thought of percy telling frank after the fact that he was thinking of him in tartarus

As a toa fan I would love to know what other toa fans think Meg's fatal flaw is. We never get her pov so it's a little hard to figure out imo and I'm interested in hearing others' thoughts on the topic.

Meg! Anyways it wasn't until TTT came out that I realized that most people didn't think of Meg as wasian like I did. In my defense the only person I knew who had a pageboy haircut when I first read TOA was wasian. She also had brown hair brown eyes and was short. which. uh. definitely impacted my mental image of what Meg looked like. So my hc now is Meg and Phillip are part Thai, specifically through Phillip's mom.
