something that never fails to make my heart melt is the way dan and phil always have each other’s back.
phil has social anxiety that stops him from making phone calls to order dinner or asking people at the cinema to move to a different seat because that place is already occupied? not a problem, dan will do that for him without even questioning it. phil doesn’t even have to ask, dan already knows.
dan is feeling particularly insecure about his content? it’s okay because phil is there to reassure him, to say that everything’s fine and that if he’s not sure they can go through the video together and that he’ll double-check the whole thing and tell him if he needs to make some changes and that it’s fine if dan’s taking some time off to find inspiration again.
