The new Odyssey adaptation has inevitably gotten people talking about a Muppet version of it, and they’re frequently suggesting Kermit as Odysseus, Miss Piggy as Penelope.

I’m sorry but that’s thinking way too small, hear me out:

We need to have Miss Piggy as Odysseus, and Kermit as Penelope.

Also, if you’re even a little concerned about getting a hump or having trouble standing fully upright in your old age, this is how you prevent that. it's soooo funny to me that eva stratt essentially rage-baited grace into coming onto the project. she really dangled everything he could possibly want in a lab right in front of him, made him the first human being to interact with an extraterrestrial life form, and then went "alright then, i'll keep you updated. goodbye forever" and walked away.

and just. the smile on her face when he comes running after her. she knew exactly how to get to him, she had that man locked down before she even met him.

she was SO confident she even kept the little earth bean bag just to pass it back to him at the end of their conversation. absolutely iconic.
