there is a very specific, very strong emotion yuuji feels whenever you come home with your nails long. he admires the craft, of course. showers you with compliments about the design and the art, oohs and ahs at all the extra chrome and gems. his favorite times, however, are when you get them done after not having them for a while. that clumsy phase where you have to relearn how to pick up coins, undo your bra, hold your pens.

he loves how helpless they make you, always cooing for him to come over, to be your helping hands. he brushes your hair, undoes the button of your jeans, fastens the tiny clasp of your necklace with careful fingers.
