actually i’m pretty sure supernatural is about getting gay married and having sex with your husband
im so obsessed with this very specific spn scene its not even funny
Anya Jenkins is like. What if there was something fundamentally different about me and I will never be fully accepted because of it. I like who I am but everyone wants me to change to be more acceptable to them. I throw myself into being the perfect woman and girlfriend and human but I'm not willing to be ashamed of who I am so nothing I do is ever good enough. I get betrayed by the person I love most so all I know to do is return to who I used to be but it doesn't fit me anymore. I can't be who I used to be, but I also can't be who I tried to be. I'm stuck between worlds. I'm also the funniest bitch in the friend group.

Vampire hunter falling in love with a vampire... being disgusted and ashamed of themselves for felling this way about a monster... and yet unable to walk away because they can't remember when was the last time they actually felt love...
God I love vampire romance
BONUS POINTS IF THE VAMPIRE IN QUESTION HURT/KILLED SOMEONE THE HUNTER PERSONALLY CARED ABOUT BEFORE
amnesiac Giles calling him and Anya owning a magic shop "progressive" is very funny in the context of magic being frequently (although not exclusively) associated with queerness on the show, especially in Tara's confrontation with her family inside the shop, because it's like them waking up in a gay bar together without memories and going "oh well at least we're cool with that kinda stuff"
also i never actually remember that the nick plotline even happened but since it did why was it not entirely about sam. who gives a shit about nick as his own character.
how do you write an arc about lucifer’s decayed and rotten vessel who has an unhealthy attachment to him walking around with what might as well be the devils face and only have like one line about the tension between him and sam. the jealousy over the true vessel thing alone is a gold mine. nick is a walking opportunity to let sam actually process something to do with lucifer and yet. and yet.
i understand why people want destiel to be weird with each other and i respect it. but i think it can sometimes become a one-upping of weirdness, making every situation between them an exercise in how weird they can get. and i don't want to lose sight of the fact that even the most typical couple behaviors are very weird for them! i think it's beautiful that you have a man in his forties and an angel who is unfathomably old going on their first date. dean would be so nervous because it's been decades since he had a first date. cas has never even been on a real date. do you see my vision? they can make the wackiest weirdest romcom scenarios out of normal everyday things!
Truly insane and stupid that Faith wasn't at all interested in learning about Kendra. Truly insane and stupid that Kendra didn't hang over all of season three like an angry ghost, like a phantom limb that Faith is a poor prosthetic for.
With how much of her characterization is defined by being fixated on/competitive with Buffy and with how desperately she clings to slayerhood as a means of defining herself, Faith should have had at least ONE EPISODE dedicated to Thinking About Kendra. She should have wanted to know EVERYTHING, and we could have had GREAT SCENES of her asking questions that Buffy finds invasive and painful.
Buffy should have compared Faith to Kendra often and unfavorably. Giles and Willow too. Faith should have been competing with Kendra just as much as she was competing with Buffy.
writing destiel is just writing "they made eye contact" in as many ways as humanly possible
jack kerouac went on one gayass road trip and now we have to deal with all of this
This is like incredibly fucking scuffed because I put it together in canva in like ten minutes (and I quite possibly made errors) but I was always curious to see smth like this for Buffy relationships. It is really interesting but also difficult. In the sense that like, Buffyverse relationships are wierd and complicated. When do you count Tillow as starting? New Moon Rising? Hush? Somewhere in between? How could you possibly define Spike and Buffy's relationship in Season 7? They are Not together romantically, but like, they're also Buffy and Spike about it and lowkey in love, so like ??
(Error found, Cander should be broken up for one s2 episode)
i have many questions about daphne allen, but how she felt when her husband went awol isn't really one of them. like i’m sorry but if you marry a naked amnesiac guy you found by a river i really don’t think you should be all that shocked or confused if one day he vanishes after someone from his past life shows up. you’ve already accepted the risks by marrying a dude with mysterious powers who doesn’t even know his own name.
dean was so fond of steve
a gift shop cowboy hat from dodge city kansas can be so romantic
