Consists of tight fitting breeches, knee high boots and that magnificent coat. Long and deep silver (various shades), this coat even has a trail. The lining is pale grey, the fabric reminds me of tree bark or stone. It has dark piping and it splits at the front, the last button seems to be around his waist or hips.
It has a high collar. There is a silver spider-like clasp at his throat, with a white jewel. Occasionally he wears a red velvet robe with it or more commonly, a robe of mottled green fabric with bright red lining. He wears this when talking to Tauriel and it’s seen on his throne when speaking to Thorin.
The other major ornament is his crown. A mixture of red leaves and berries, intertwined around branches.
In a great hall with pillars hewn out of the living stone sat the Elvenking on a chair of carven wood. On his head was a crown of berries and red leaves, for the autumn was come again. In the spring he wore a crown of woodland flowers. In his hand he held a carven staff of oak.

The same outfit as above is worn but with armour. He wears a chest plate that comes to a point. Like all eleven armour, it’s elegantly engraved with swirling designs. His shoulder armour is similar to those worn at Helms deep. Like layers of silver leaves. His gauntlets end in a point but extend to his knuckles.
He does wear armour on his legs, but it’s hard to find any images for it. Try the Helms Deep tutorial for those if nothing else.
With this outfit he has a cape. It appears to have two layers. The top is like white/silver feathers/leaves, over grey mottled fabric. The lining is red.
He has a battle tiara. I don’t know what else to call it. It’s thin at the front and thick at the back. I have no or little refs for his sword.
