I'm personally anti-c when it comes to adult/youth age gap relationships. Someone else in my plural system is a contact stance abolitionist -- we disagree pretty strongly about this, and he's not going to post here, but I felt like I should be open about this.

Hello world, I've come to you with a short post today about some art I made for NNIAS MAP remembrance week last June 6th
I already typed alot about what I was going for on NNIA but here's a summary for all of you for each image;
For the 1st the theme was for the isolated self hating maps I choose to take a walk and took a picture of a power line, a fence and some trees but their not very visible here. I picked the power line to be a subject mostly because I feel like the internet helped me a lot as a once isolated MAP.
2nd image, I found an old picture of my childhood homes bathroom and the shadows of morning on it I picked it because the theme for that day was for MAPS we lost and I felt like showing how their shadow reflects upon us even now was sum cool especially because I had fond memories of watching those shadows in my bathroom.
3rd the theme was maps that changed our lives so i had made fanart of the sona of a familiar online acquaintance of mine paper_crook (on NNIA) I have pretty bad anxiety posting online (I'm using anxiety as an adjective no doctor confirmed thingy) and even just his presence in liking my things on Xelebre helped me alot so I figured fan art would be fun.
4th, the theme was the MAP community and mutual support so I decided to make fanart of rondomi that day if you don't know their a pretty cool youtuber that have made alot of videos about para activism and the such (https://youtube.com/@redrondomi-ml8zm you should check them out if anything I saw here interests you) I wouldn't have found out about NNIA or even 1.1 percent of the online para community if it wasn't for him.
5th the theme was the diversity of our attractions and I made something of Ashmes sona guys done a lot for the para communities destigmatization even beyond MAPs so I saw him as one of the best way to represent that.6th, I did some finger painting of the flags colours and added some yellow because why not lol, the theme was overlooked maps (eg women POC etc) as a POC non-binary holding origins and living in the global south (Africa) I felt like representing myself a little cause I haven't met any maps like me yet >< (plenty of minorities though lol)
Finally the 7th! I took a picture outside of my apartment during sunrise and pasted the colours over it lol. The theme was MAP spite and joy so then a sunrise is pretty symbolic isnt it~
Anyways my work is pretty mid and my summary is pretty bare bones but! I had fun, made some ppl happy and that's all that I gaf about Imao, this post is intended to remind the paras of Tumblr there is spaces u can totally go to if you simply want to exist as a para on the web with no censorship and fellowship with other paras!
I recommend signing up to NNIA either you just want a space to vent into the void without prying concerns about this and that, want to read more philosophy concerning youth liberation, activism and things they'd call "woke shit" (either as an ally or para ^o^), or simply want to a separate private social media. NNIA is madston built but completely disconnected from other pedi servers as well as requires a log in to view posts on top of that your posts will all be non viewable the moment you delete your account, so if you're looking for privacy and anonymity I have a feeling you'd enjoy it there. Is it really so hard to imagine that consang isn't a kink thing? That maybe, just maybe, some people happen to fall in real, honest love with those they are related to? I suppose viewing it as some perversion makes it easier to dismiss, to decide "this is just another freak for me to insult", but that doesn't make it so.
I'm old enough to remember when every straight person was convinced, CONVINCED, that gay couples were into it for exclusively sexual reasons! Despite every second of the AIDS crisis displaying the lengths of love these couples would go for eachother, reactionary narratives maintained the majority. It wasn't until much later that the "love is love" narrative finally caught hold, and now...to say gay people are in it exclusively for sex is considered as backwards as can be.
And honestly, even if it is sexual for some, I don't see why that is deserving of disrespect. Sex is a normal part of life. What matters is if anyone is hurt, and in consang...nobody really is.
But again, consanguiphobes don't want to admit that, because that means they do not get to be the good guy. They have to admit they have done harm, and go through the work of improving. And who on earth wants to do that?
The main reason Iām pushing for people to stop using the term āpedophileā and instead use the term āchild sexual abusersā, is because since all discussions of child sexual abuse focus on this idea of an evil person who is just out to get kids because they are sexual attracted to them, it makes it hard for kids who where sexually assaulted by people who donāt fit that description to realize they were sexually assaulted.
It didnāt register for me until recently that my experiences of being forced to strip naked multiple times at the mental hospital to be ācheckedā when I was 14 was sexual assault, because the people who did it were nurses/doctors who clearly didnāt find me sexually attractive but instead used it as a form of humiliation and control towards children they deemed as āunrulyā and āuncooperativeā (ie. children who asked to be treated like people). I thought only people who fit into this idea of a child attracted pedo could be child sexual abusers, so I thought my experience didnāt count.
Stepping away from the idea that there is a pedophile boggieman and instead highlighting that anyone can be a child sexual abuser will help more people realize that their experiences are sexual assault.
my stepfather would openly sexually harass me and my siblings at dinner while also loving the fantasy of killing pedophiles. whether he personally found our abuse sexually gratifying was frankly irrelevant to whether it traumatized us. whether he would be considered a pedophile or not doesn't change that he committed sexual abuse of children
I think in his mind there was a type of horrible person out there who does horrible things, and because he didn't think of himself as fitting that category, his actions could not be judged
What steps have you taken (chemical/physical castration, isolation, etc.) to protect children from yourself? What inspired you to make a safe space for pedophiles to congregate comfortably and normalize their largely idiopathic condition to the obvious detriment of society? Do you think you should be allowed in the general population knowing that you're so unwell that no sane parent would ever want you anywhere near their children? Do you think even non-offending or, more realistically, pedophiles who haven't been caught yet should all go on a registry, and if not, why? I'm genuinely curious about how the most evil members of society have managed to convince themselves that they're victims because nobody wants to tolerate the threat they pose.

they claim that they're pro para, and inclusive to everyone - great !! - and then turn around and say that MAPs cannot interact, under any circumstances, because MAPs have got some secret evil agenda going on, which is obvious because they use the term MAP. they tried to be sneaky, but they, the humble "pro para" + "inclusive" blog with superior intellect, could easily see past their lies to their evil predatory nature,,,, all because they use the term MAP,,,,
"MAP" is an umbrella term btw. if you're "pro para but anti MAP", kitty's going to assume that you're uneducated or a liar (Ā¬ļ½¤Ā¬)
its amazing you can say "If someone isnt doing any harm to anyone they should be allowed to continue" and p much everyone'll be like yeah totally, but the minute you bring up folks they find disgusting theyre like Well Thats Different
i dislike that the "kill your local [paraphile]" sentiment is still so prevalent even in leftist & queer spaces. remember that paraphilias do not make someone a bad person, they do not make someone a predator, nor do they make someone deserving of violence. try not to lose hope in a future where we are accepted as we are, keep advocating and be loud & proud. theres so much joy & love to be shared in this community, and no bigot can take that away from us. :-)
I think the rise of puritanism is causing people who arenāt actually pro-para to join the pro-para community because they have nowhere else to go.
And this would be fine if they were actually becoming pro-para, but theyāre notā¦ theyāre using that term while still being selective about which paraphilias theyāre ok with, i.e., āIām pro-para, but I hate zoos.ā or āIām pro-para, but I only support zoos if they get therapy.ā Itās very annoying, and itās happening more and more.
My boyfriend refusing to understand that MAPs and zoos can be good people. Him saying that fiction and age play/pet play just "encourages" them a until they build up the confidence to actually do it and he "knows it" because "he watches a lot of crime documentaries" and if somebody is one and they're anti contact then they shouldn't tell anybody because it's "obviously wrong" and they "shouldn't have kids/pets".
I even said "next thing you're going to tell me that you think all people with NPD and ASPD are inevitably bad people and abusers" and gave this pointed look and I had to explain that it was the narcissists that I knew at the time that encouraged me to get the fuck away from my ex who was cyber sex trafficking me and that it was the "super empathetic good people" telling me I needed to stay and understand him. š
Really funny (and by funny i mean hypocritical and stupid) how people will claim to support paraphiles, but only if they never mention their attraction, never post about their attraction, never speak in private about their attraction, never consume any media showing an object of their attraction, never look at their object of attraction in real life, never draw their attraction, never write about their attraction, or ever acknowledge that they're a paraphile again. And then not get it when someone calls them paramisic
