Starbucks discourse is the only discourse I'll participate in, aside from loot crate bullshit. While I do agree that sick leave is necessary and fantastic, there is a lot of motherfuckers who are going to take advantage of it, basically take it for granted, and promptly fuck us all over not only on leaving us short staffed when the rush hits but also ruining the sick leave for everyone. I've seen it happen several times already during my 3 years of working at Starbucks before we had this leave. It's good news, but also bad news. All in all, I think it'll be fine but the first time I start seeing the policy being taken advantage of, I'm going to travel to the nearest major city and go on a sexual rampage.
