did nora seriously think she could write “its easier if he remains heterosexual” and except anyone to support his relationship with thea? bc yeah i get it, he could be bi, im not saying he Cant be attracted to women. but then again. i feel like its pretty obvious in that line that Kevin is choosing to date a woman. even if he’s bi, you don’t really get to choose that babe? so?? regardless of his capacity to be attracted to a woman, he forced himself to be into a relationship with that woman specifically (ahem one of three women on the ravens, small dating pool for the straights)

on a completely separate tangent: that line is so fucking interesting tho from other view points. you could read it as kevin being full homo and repressed which is ouch. and then there’s the layer of Kevin doing every single thing in his life for his public persona, therefore showing just how much of his life isnt his and how his identity isnt his own. BUT HEAR ME OUT: or or its not about him entirely. hear me out. he’s talking about Neil staying heterosexual. what if this is kevin pinning for Neil, and if Neil is straight well then that solves it for Kev bc he knows it will never happen. Neil being straight is easier for Kevin. its easier to crush down his emotions if he has that 100% certainty it cant happen ever
