i don't know if i made it clear about the vomit/piss/blood part, but spamton vomits because tenna was forcing him and he ends up vomiting. the piss is because of the abuse, he's pissing himself because he can't take it anymore. the blood is his injured genitalia or injuries from assault (abuse). spamton was not consenting from the beginning

harassing artists, real people, over fictional things will never make you “morally superior”. it only makes you a bully.

i'm starting to think they recognize that it is abuse, that's why tenna always apologizes immediately or they always need to point out that spamton is secretly enjoying it (because it's obvious he's not enjoying it from the drawing or fic). Also, the character secretly enjoys being abused and violated... that's still abuse... that's still taboo.
it's as if people need to put a warning somewhere to feel less guilty about enjoying a kink in harmless fiction. they're just hypocrites who can differentiate fiction from reality and recognize that liking it in fiction doesn't mean supporting it in real life, but they have a moral panic so they say they don't

exactly! i can only see two options for this: 1. the most worrying version where they genuinely think it's not that problematic because spamton ends up enjoying it and tenna regrets it (but that's not how it works!! there was still no consent from the beginning!! that's abuse!!) 2.
