Where the Master ~*SPOILERS*~ nearly kills the Doctor by leaving him with the Keller Machine; and when The Master comes back to The Doctor and sees the state he's in, his reaction is rather... "Oh, shoot! I didn't actually want to kill him... yet," and then has to perform a kind of CPR to revive The Doctor. But then, when The Doctor is finally conscious, he plays it off like it was his plan for that to happen to The Doctor....
