yeah!

at the beginning of the pjo series it's clear that it's the ONLY reason that she even tolerated percy.

honestly, i don't even believe the stuff that rick riordan said about annabeth liking percy since she was 12 - it truly felt like him trying to force an "invisible string" moment on them like it was meant to be.

but the truth is that annabeth is calculating! she is manipulative! she knows what she wants and she will do whatever she can to do get it!

she only saw percy as a person of value because she saw him defeat the minotaur, clarisse, and then get claimed by poseidon. to her, all of these things probably meant that he would be receiving a quest - which was everything she ever wanted up to that point.

so after this whole giant spiel here, the bottom line is yes! she definitely grew to like him afterwards but in the beginning it was purely strategic to align herself with him.
