In Pol's defense being a father is hard, okay?

Anyways, it's Jill's birthday! I gave her the popularity aspiration since she has a hidden token for it

Her brother and uncle Vidcund were there to enjoy the party

Jill is about to become a teen! and she came back with a townie girl, her name is Vicki something. I really wanted to her to have a friend

But everyone hates Jill is seems... luckily videogames are the way to reach a child's heart (?)

After a fruitful career, Pollination Technician 9 has retired to his favorite planet. But can his son Johnny make friends and fit in, or is this family just too strange for Strangetown?

We start off this round with the addition of a new family member, June!

She's a virgo, genius, cowardly and pigpen

June likes this boy a lot, he looks like grass. Green.

Inside, Jill is doing cartwheels and her dad is being supportive as usual

But the puppy takes over acrobatics pretty soon

The Smith's aren't cut out to only have two kids (they're my cozy family gameplay) sooo since at the start Jenny is about to become an elder I used sim blender to make her younger. Yep.

I name babies (and pets) related to their parents name origin or the household theme because I'm a nerd

I gave Loki the secondary family aspiration but no super fertily but I think this happened in my old save too, coincidence?

I took the second screenshot later but she was soooo hungry and surviving on simple food because she's an unethical doctor, not a cook

First baby belly pop! Just in this moment she rolls the want to have a baby, which is very cute :3

None of them is worried about Nervous, he will surely come back

She played in the computer (due to her personality it doesn't get her fun up as other sims but I tried anyway) but most of the time she was TIREEED so sleeping for the whole day it is. At that point I jokingly started thinking that maybe she would have twins.

*I have a theory that sims pregnant with twins have worse need decay but it might just be my imagination lol

Later, Loki wanted to talk to a relative so he called up Erin Beaker, his sister who just arrived in town after dropping out from college. For some reason she brought along a random NPC (?) They don't like each other very much so she left quickly

"Where's my little evil scientist?... there it is!"

Loki confesses that it wasn't his idea but Circe's!

He can't help but feel betrayed...

Nervous is so tired he falls asleep in the middle of the kitchen, with all his other needs very very low (I was actually afraid he was gonna die)

The next morning, the Beaker household is greeted by a very sick Circe, she doesn't know what it's wrong yet but she's SO tired so she takes nap after nap

Nervous take advantage of this and goes out to enjoy some fresh air and talk to Pascal for hours on the phone

Oh no! Loki catches him and after yelling at him for a good while, Nervous gets more chores as punishment pffff

But later that night...

Nervous received a call, he's not entirely sure why Olive Specter would leave him money but this is the final push for him to leave the Beaker house and NEVER EVER look back...

Nervous enjoyed some free time, he was still twitching and blinking a lot but don't worry, he likes it :)

Later, he shares a short meal with Circe. She's much nicer than her husband but there is something off about her

Shortly after, Nervous is summoned to the secret lab. It all starts well, with some lessons on medicine making but...

There's much more interesting experiments, or so the Beakers say

Ugh poor thing, his needs were on the FLOOR :(

But the worst is yet to come...

Without any warning Loki used the SimVac to steal Nervous' skills points, it's not like he hasn't done it before but he's been very obedient lately so why...?

Once back home, Circe gets to work on the medicine station, viruses and other horrible things won't do themselves 🦠🧪

Meanwhile, Nervous is doing a lot of chores, he's sloppy so this is the least fun thing he could think of but he's afraid of the consequences...

At least, he managed to chat with Pascal for a while yei!

Ah, these two are EVIL but they surely love each other ‪‪꩜ _ ꩜

Loki always rolls this want in my saves (who would have thought?) so...

*You may notice the seasons keep changing, I was still experimenting which order I liked, at the end I settled for summer/summer/fall/spring but it's weird in round 1

The experiments definitely have this poor guy all twitchy, he kept having the "stuff face" interaction even though he was eating and wasn't that hungry in the first place

At least Nervous has his books, and most importantly his diary to express all of his thoughts

Medicine seems to not be his forte yet

LMAO even evil scientists cry because of illness it seems

I called the exterminator, which I don't usually do so I had a good laugh with his truck hehehe

What experiments are the highly secretive and less than neighborly Loki and Circe Beaker performing on poor Nervous Subject? Will this secrecy affect Circe's career ambitions?
