I’ve told this story before, but in his defense, he thought I was riding on the back of my brother’s pram being pushed by my mother.

When he realized I was not on the back of the pram he started to make his way back up the hill only for me to toddle on down on my own entirely fine and unharmed. He looked down at me and said, “well, they either didn’t want you, or they didn’t want you back.” Then told me not to tell my mother 😂
