HOW I TAG THINGS:
In general, I try to tag show name + sX for the current season (e.g. "#fallout s2"), and show/media name + spoilers (e.g. "#iwtv spoilers") for new eps up to a week.
I try to tag ship names in case someone wants to block them or whatever, but sometimes I might forget.
Occasionally I'll also tag the character, but most of the time I forget or can't be bothered to lmao.
SOME GENERAL TAGS:
Media: art, fics, movies, writings, music
Fandom musings: just musings (general thoughts about shows and other stuff) / shipping and hcs silliness (what it says basically)
Others: gorgeous people, funny stuff
