okay okay okay weigh in do(es) your chrissy cunningham(s) enjoy charcuterie boards (small food feels like less pressure + its cute and salami roses are pretty) or does she hate them (laura's party food) OR does she REALLY like them out of spite (laura's party food she was never allowed to touch but now she can have as many cheese cubes as she damn wants!!!!!)

oooohhh this is an EXCELLENT question!!!!! And I'm gonna take wayyyyy too much about it lol

I think Chrissy actually loves them, because while they were for sure Forbidden™️, her mother was always so busy at parties that it was easy for her to sneak a cheese cube and some crackers now and then. She got very good at casually sweeping some cheddar and grapes off the tray as she walked by the table, or sometime her brother would sneak some for her in a crumpled up napkin.

When she first starts dating Eddie, he makes a plate of charcuterie for her (he does not know this is charcuterie, he just makes them each a plate with apple slices and folded-up American cheese and a handful of saltines, but its quick and easy and he and Chrissy had quite the workout just before 😏) and Chrissy actually cries a little when he hands it to her. He's frantic, because what did he do?? Does she not like cheese?!?!?! And then she's like, I can eat this whole plate? with a little sniffle, and Eddie very nearly goes to strangle Laura right then and there.

After that, Eddie's post-coital snack for Chrissy is always some kind of charcuterie, because a) she loves it so much, lights up like a lil Christmas tree every damn time, and b) she eats, like, all of it. Which, with Chrissy, is still quite the feat. So he starts picking up fancy cheeses and jam and those weird crackers with seeds in them (he thinks they're gross, but they make Chrissy squeal delightedly, so y'know, worth it). By the time they're settled in their own house, Chrissy + food is a much easier combination, but she still takes a lot of joy in prepping an absolutely monstrous charcuterie board every time they have guests over.
