how the JWCC/JWCT characters would swear

mrs Bowman (Simone) did not raise him to swear. Brand taught him the cuss words and Simone got mad at him when seven year old Darius randomly yelled âSHIT!â when he dropped something
was a literal kid in camp cretaceous, so he was partially scared to swear, partially wanted to do so anyway to Fit In With The Older Kids
the result was swearing in the worst moments. someone confesses something bad that happened to them and Darius says, completely genuinely, âwow, iâm so fucking sorry that happened to youđ„â and Kenji laughs so hard because he did not use it in the right context
by the time the camp fam get back to the mainland though he is better at swearing in the right places. he has not said fuck since the island and he swears he wonât
chaos theory however has him cursing his mouth off, usually only when heâs alone. still will never say the fuck word
also calls people a dickhead a lot (he picked it up from Brooklynn since itâs a word more commonly said in britain)
said one (1) fuck word offscreen in season 4 and the camp fam all went :OÂ
swears like a brit (cos of all the time she spent in london and i headcanon one of her dads is british)
the other group tease her for saying shit like âwankerâ âtwatâ âbloodyâ as well as some words the others havenât even heard of (wtf does bollocks/bugger/minger/bellend even mean)
however the joke is on the other campers when they call someone annoying a âbloody bastard twatâ when they get back to the states and their parents look at them like đ€š

instead sheâll spit out every damn/darn/heck alternative imaginable
or start complaining in Spanish
the camp fam have heard her swear one (1) time and it was something like âwhat the fuck is wrong with [insert villain of the day, probably d*niel k*n]â or when Kenjiâs not-father died and Sammy first heard the news, she whispered a discreet âfuck himâ and Kenji momentarily felt better
swears like an absolute sailor but only around her friends
when things are not going their way she will probably start swearing at a tree or something. everyone stands in mostly fear and trepidation except Ben, who is mentally making notes of all the new words sheâs giving him
when the camp fam meet Yazâs mother, Yaz doesnât swear At All around her and it unnerves them (her mum is fine with her cussing a bit (sheâs earned it bfr) but Yaz prefers not to)
her use of âwhat the fuckâ got so out of hand that the others started a swear jar exclusive to Yaz saying that phrase which got her to cool it a bit
swears less in chaos theory; sheâs learned to keep it in her head
was raised not to swear because it âtarnishes the kon family nameâ
of course, Kenji proceeded to swear whenever his dad was out of earshot in every other sentence
he went through that annoying era where people think itâs cool to say fuck every other word a year or so before camp cretaceous
has learned to moderate his level of swearing but will still drop an occasional âoh shitâ or âfuck thisâ
canonically says stuff like âweâre cooked!â but would also say âwell weâre fuckedâ when the campers come across a sticky situation
when brainrot words became a thing he was all over brainrot words for a solid week. someone would put something silly on their group chat and Kenji would reply âum what the sigma đ€âïžâ to be annoying. Yaz gives him three strikes and then boots him from the group chat
says heâs serving kont a LOT. he put it on a t shirt and wears it all the time
terrified of swearing before camp cretaceous and all throughout season 1. one of the others says fuck or shit and he visibly flinches
however post jungle boy transformation, he says fuck easily, most predominantly âFUCK YEAH BABY!â when heâs exploded something
the first time he said fuck around the other campers, they all turned to look at him like đČ and he just grins and says, âiâm a changed manâ
goes back to the mainland with so much new vocabulary, he accidentally drops a swear bomb around his mother and she gasps so loud
swears very sparingly (in theory. in practise she curses her mouth off at about 70% of minor inconveniences)
will NOT swear around the camp fam (they overhear her anyway and giggle)
does Not like the word bitch
uses the word cunt very rarely. when she says that, everyone knows sheâs SERIOUSLY pissed
British swearwords used on max. twat, wanker, bloody, bellend, etc etc
swears surprisingly little. when he curses everyone knows shitâs bad
goes straight from âaw darn itâ to âFUCKâ with no middle ground at all
legally cannot swear. the worst she says is âcrapâ and âbloodyâ
wonât even say those words around the camp fam, even though they all swear like sailors. she doesnât mind them doing it, she just wonât do it herself
she believes she articulates herself best when she doesnât swear
says âget your ass back over hereâ and stuff like that a lot at work
mumbles âshitâ when sheâs frustrated. itâs her favourite swear word
sparingly uses her daily allowance of one (1) fuck word
tries not to curse around kids but has definitely slipped up once or twice
tells misbehaving dinos to âshut your ass up!
wonât swear around Darius because in her eyes thatâs still a Child

people she sees as inferior, however, she will call a âfucking idiotâ
canonically says âcock it upâ and âbastardâ
also uses British words. uses âbloodyâ for emphasis, calls people âtwatsâ and âbellendsâ (canât see her saying wanker, itâs too informal)
regular âfuckâ user when sheâs frustrated
never swears. donât ask why. she canât be wasting her 10 words a day on swearing
