There's nothing wrong about feeling it all. Living is not just about making the most out of your day. Maybe, it's fine if all that comes out of your mouth is a big sigh together with the drought in your eyes, the infinite times of staring blankly above, and the deafening silence in your mind. Deeply understanding your emotions allows you to recognize that not every day is rainbows and confetti. There are days when dark clouds arrive and all you can do is sit and watch it pass by. This is a reminder that what you're feeling is valid and it's okay if being sad is the only thing that makes you feel alive.
