To anyone who's having a bad day.
It's funny how I can forget some of the biggest things I've done, yet nearly cry because someone gave me a unicorn keychain. Maybe our hearts have always known that little things matter more than we admit.

I know people mean well. I really do. But when I'm talking about depression, I'm not always looking for motivation. Sometimes I'm just hoping someone will just listen what I'm saying instead of trying to replace it with positivity.

Has it ever happened to anyone that you're really excited about something, but everyone around you doesn't seem to care that much?
Like, I refrain from saying a lot of things because I don't want to irritate people or sound like a broken record.
But it makes me feel very lonely.
I don't know how to deal with that.

A Reflection:
So from what we know, humans have evolved to be social animals, living in small tribes and communities like our ancestors did. But in this day and age, you can have complete strangers scrutinizing you. In case of celebrities, millions of strangers dissect their every breath, word and step.
My question is: Isn't this level of exposure unnatural? And could this be the reason that when one experiences fame they change drastically.
I also wonder if many of us take privacy for granted. While some of us romanticize fame.

Imagine having hair fall because of a nutritional deficiency, and you keep changing shampoos.
We often don't address the root causes and keep changing coping styles instead, then wonder why nothing changes.
Just an observation.

I was thinking about burnout today and realized I always picture it as a Jenga Tower.
You pull one block.
then another
and another
The tower is still standing, but the structure is already hollowing.
Then one final block and it collapses.
It feels sudden, and yes, the collapse is sudden. Not the damage.
It has been building up all along.
