Sal Jiang is honestly a good recommendation for adult yuri. there is the freaky/toxic ones and there is cute wholesome ones too. There is even a live-action of one of their work.

Maka Maka by Torajirō Kishi is good as a adult manga too, thought the author does have other works that are... well. (Virgin's Empire is another work by him that start basically a school girl's quasi porn, that take a turn to an echi, but a little more wholesome vibe. it revolves around the a class on highschool girls and their relationship and their exploration of sexuality. Some story lines are really good. but well still high school girl echi.)

She loves to cook and She loves to eat by Sakaomi Yuzaki. Is one I really like. It's also very wholesome. The main character is either demisexual or asexual, there is a confirmed asexual character. The main character is also just coming into her sexuality, the other main character is plus-sized, and it's never played for laughs. There is also a Live action of it.

How Do We Relationship? by Tamifull Is about college students. i've seen quotes from the author saying that the story came from the question: But what happens after the main couple gets together?

Run Away with Me, Girl by Battan Has beautiful art and a slightly toxic relationship that does get better. a woman encounters her first love from highschool and she is now married. the crush just asks for them to run away together and the mc goes.

A good freak off Western series is Sunstone by Stjepan Šejić. It's BDSM. The MC spends the whole story getting off with another woman and don't realise she is into women. like seriously. she framed the whole things as "she is just my dom it's not like i'm a lesbian or bi" lol The next two are not yuri but are LGBT in theme:

Our Dreams at Dusk by Yuhki Kamatani is one of my favorite mangas ever. The main character is a gay boy, but the essemble cast has a trans man, a lesbian couple, a boy that is exploring in gender... and it's all about the community they make for themselves while they renovate homes in a little town. and the art is beautiful

To Strip the Flesh is an anthology series by Oto Toda. the main story is about a trans man and the difficulties of his transition. The character has a strained relationship with his father. they're boar hunters and that comes into the imagery of the MC transition (his visualization of the process).
