a dragon's hood should have enough space in the halter for panting and flicking the tongue, but not enough for the gape to be large enough to accomodate firebreathing. It is also noted that dragons appear to be very vain creatures, and your dragon will most likely only tolerate wearing a hood that suit their specific tastes. Leather, chains and latex are recommended.
