So the reason I didn’t update A Man Out of Time (go read it go read it go read it) this last month is because I was busy planning out the chapters. Yknow general outline stuff. I’m not done but I’m getting close to the final arc as it were, and I have come to a realization that has disappointed me a little.
See, I plan on giving Gihun his infamous red hair from the end of S1. You know, this hair:
And the funny part is that this hairstyle will be mostly by accident. Like so last minute and accidental that the Frontman and Parallax Group (my story’s big bads) finally confront Gihun and the others for the climax, it’ll be the first time they see Gihun with his red hair. And the reason I’m disappointed is that I’ve had Gihun and the Frontman’s confrontation pretty much planned out since I published Chapter 1. I’m happy with the confrontation, don’t get me wrong, but the fact that I won’t be able to make a ProZD joke disappoints me a little bit. Like, can you just imagine a scene where the Frontman sees Gihun with that ridiculous hair color and is just like:
Frontman: So we finally meet face-to-face, Subject 456–what the hell is up with your hair?
Red Hair!Gihun: It’s my ass kicking hairstyle, bitch!
