After almost two years on this wonderful site, I'm finally making a navigation/about me post!
So hello! I'm Kat, I use she/her pronouns and this right here is my main blog. I use it as personal blog more than anything so you're probably gonna see a whole bunch of every of my interests thrown together.
As Tumblr is the site of fandoms, I can assure you that I'm in quite a few of them and have created my share of side blogs for them.
The one I use the most is @lost-between-letters and it's supernatural-centric as this fandom has me in quite the death grip and probably won't release me any time soon. I write and post my own fanfiction over there on Supernatural mainly but there are Stranger Things fics in the making as well.
The others are pretty inactive so I won't push them down your throats.

sc = single crochet
dc = double crochet
hdc = half double crochet
inc = increase
dec = decrease
dc2tog = double crochet 2 together (used for decreasing)
hdc2tog = half double crochet 2 together (used for decreasing)
[12] = the amount of stitches you should get for that row (especially for increase/decrease instructions)

every time i comment on an ao3 fic i'm pretty sure it's incomprehensible gibberish. but if i can bring joy to one (1) author's day or make even just one author feel inspired, i am happy.
never in my life have i thought that someone's bangs didn't suit their face or the color of their clothes didn't suit them or anything. and whenever people try to explain the relationship between your face shape and your haircut or between your skintone and the hues you wear i literally never see what they want me to see. i think you can do whatever you want
My toxic trait is that if I find a product I like I want to keep using the same product forever. It's not even brand loyalty. It's called stop changing and discontinuing everything.
there will never be anything as funny as the mutual disbelief between long form and short form fic writers about each other's style.
short form writers look at people writing 100k+ fics as though this is some sort of talent given as part of a fae bargain, that the commitment required shows some sort of ungodly mental fortitude.
meanwhile long form writers look at people writing 1000 word one shots like god I would cut off my left nipple to be able to say anything concisely. i would love to play with multiple ideas. free me from the shackles of this child I have birthed. i love them but I now must take them to t-ball and doctor's appointments and they're going to destroy everything I own.
