Recently rewatched these two couples reminding and reassuring me about the existence of a something called 'love'.
Intertwined as they are, between each other and across the worlds and stories and lives apart, four of them kinda seem to be walking along the same path.
I simply can't get over the fact that even an undefined relationship, born out of nothing and nowhere, can so beautifully transform into something so pure and eternal that would make the beholder just cry out of joy and aww.
In a world of treachery, lies and pretensions, doesn't the idea of winding up in a genuine relationship seem tempting? Don't we all, in the depths of our hearts lock away the secret desire to be loved, to be cherished, to be taken care of, to be adored, to be remembered and reminisced as long as we can? Don't we all catch ourselves dreaming of surviving this world by getting attached to someone kind and sweet, in a bond which is watered by pure unselfish love, longing and desire?
Whether I watch Adi and Tara, or Maggie and Jamie, all I see is four people full of youth, love, kindness and a desire to live life to the fullest with the people they love unconditionally.
That's the point of this life, for me, I guess. "Just to fall in an unconditional love with someone who loves me back unconditionally, to the end of our days."
