gentle reminder that false positivity can become incredibly toxic and it is much healthier to recognize your emotions and make space for them. you cannot integrate shadow work or healing until your emotions are expressed appropriately (through whichever channels resonate most) so please be weary of repression, masking your true feelings, denying the existence of negativity or portraying happiness as opposed to truly embodying it, and for the sake of others, do not project 'good vibes only' onto those who embrace their emotional range. validation is important and so is inspiring hope. dismiss nothing. trust me when i say that you aren't vibrationally low or difficult to be around when accepting and navigating your negative feelingsâyou are simply human and you have every right to an authentic life experience.

Resistance sometimes makes bad feelings feel worse. Sometimes, the best course of action is to let them happen, let them flow through you, and let them pass. Itâs scary, and it can hurt, but you can handle it. They cannot hurt you, and you will be okay. Donât be afraid to reach out for support while you go through it <3
Something I found out!
If youâre scared of small talk or excessive noise at the dentist, you can request a private room and limited small talk. Just the basics âany teeth hurt?â talk. Apparently talking to the patient is something theyâre taught in school, because for most people it eases anxiety, but if itâs not the same for you, you can request differently!

Itâs okay to feel down, sad, or any negative feeling for seemingly no reason. You donât need to have an explanation or find some deep subconscious meaning. Itâs okay to just feel.

In case anyone needs to hear this, yes your friends do love you. They don't secretly hate you, and they enjoy spending time with you. Same goes for your significant other. You're so very loved, and don't be afraid to ask for clarification from them. I'm sure they are more than happy to remind you how much they love you.

Acknowledge your negative feelings and emotions. Accept that sometimes you feel negative things and it doesnât make you broken or wrong. Feel them, think about them, recognize them. Donât push them down!
Negative feelings arenât bad. Theyâre there to tell you a message. Itâs up to you whether the message is worth listening to! If theyâre not, thank them for their service, and dismiss them.
