Is there a word for the nostalgia you feel for the languages you don't speak but you should speak because your family has spoken them for generations but only disjointed words have reached you because those languages were beaten out of your family? The German language has words for everything, does it have a word for that?

Personally, I’m sad I can’t speak Plattdeutsch but should. We defeated the Romans and then we defeated ourselves 🥲

der Verlust = loss
der Schmerz = pain
"Der Gram" my convey more of the feeling of loss, sorrow, grief and nostalgia than "der Schmerz", so my suggestion would be "der Erbsprachenverlustgram".
der Gram = grief, sorrow, affliction
