spectrum is a zoo. they gave the cheetah a dog to calm down. the cranes hate you. no one knows where the bear fucked off to till they find it paddling around in the moat around 'monkey island.' some how its very well organised and chill. and no one gets mauled by the tiger.

slow burn friends to lovers
Blushing.
Bu-luh-u-shhh. Land Humans 'Blush'? Most of them at least.
Marina doesn't quite understand its purpose. Or why they do so yet. Humans are pretty in their own funny way. at least to Marina they are.
And all different from each other, different colours. hair and skin and eyes. And the way the skin acts. so soft and reactive. especially when someone blushes.
Embarrassment is one thing that causes them them to blush. Both good and bad reasons. It makes their cheeks match their lips. and It makes their voices go all funny too all stops and starts. Hands flutter too. It takes a little while for Marina to read their tones. Because she has seen blushes happen for both good and bad embarrassment.
Oh And Anger. Anger makes humans faces red too. As well as makes them loud and shout. That bit sometimes scares her? it reminds her too much of titan.
But Blushing. it's pretty. like coral and fish. Pink and red and all the tones and shades in between.
Troy says aloud his theories of Marina being colour blind; like marine mammals. Or only seeing certain colours because the light won’t reach the same way where she was born? But Marina disagrees. Maybe humans see in light and tones better, sure. But Marina knows knows how yellow and blue look. And what pink is. Even if it might be different to the way he sees the world. No matter the colour tone or voice tone.
It is just that In the water of the ocean, such colours go dull? regardless of her sharper eye sight, the deeper you go the muddier they look. poisonous animals must evolve brighter and brighter patterns to have their warnings be spotted.
Plus some pigments aren't as readily available. great Pacifica artists struggle to mix such shades that will pop in pastel homes. Here with direct unfitted sunlight, pinks and reds are bright and bold. Vibrant even.yes vibrant pink and red blushes.
Well, actually The Commander goes closer to purple when he’s very angry. Or a red stripe like a lion fish, wide across his face. The stripe is a very big warning Shore’s in one of his moods.
Troy gets two little spots on his cheeks to blush. His eyebrows either go into attack mode if he's cross. or they shoot way up near his hair line like he is suprised.
When Phones blushes sometimes its up his neck too. rising like a thermometer. And three times Marina has seen it is so red it had hidden his scales- no what were they called? Freckles. He will blush red he loses his freckles. This is because he ‘tans better’. (Marina think’s that’s to do with sunshine but again isn’t yet very certain.)
Some times a blush will do that, hide freckles. Or in Fishers case make them show up more. He doesn’t have as many as Phones. Fisher’s ears go pink too. Marina had originally thought this must hurt.
(He and Sara Coral are a good match in this way. They will look good together, even with Fisher's blushing as he asked her to stay. Sara's black skin, goes an even richer red undertone, a dark cherry to Fisher's raspberry. Even if its really subtle to the others. It will be two terrain years till Marina meets her? But when Sara blushed the heat also radiated off from her, so she can't cover it very well bless her.)

International Rescue has been spotted in the UK to help local emergency services deal with flash flooding. We can report that there have been no casualties so far and emergency services are very happy with the speed of the response.
It appears that the local council is equipped with the perfect signage for the job.

Harmony stumbled through the empty long hallway. She clutched at her right side, trying to stop the red stain from spreading further on her white uniform.
I need to find them before Black finds them.Harmony tried to ignore the pain, but it was hard to ignore the throbbing pain on her side. She turned left, and she staggered into another long hallway. Harmony heard voices up ahead, it sounded like Scarlet and Blue. She slowly made her way towards the voices.
Harmony's world moved on its own. She tried to walk off the vertigo, but in the end she tripped on nothing. Harmony fell hard onto her knees. She let out a shaky breath as she tried to get back onto her feet. She didn't have the strength to stand.
The voices got closer, and Scarlet noticed Harmony first. His smile turned into a frown as he realized something was wrong.
"Harmony!" Scarlet exclaimed, his voice was laced with worry. He rushed to the poor woman's aid. Scarlet took note of Harmony's deathly pale complexion, and then his gaze moved down to Harmony's side. His eyes widened as he noticed the blood on Harmony's hand and on her uniform. Scarlet's frown deepened as he got on his knees to get a better look at Harmony's wound.
"Harmony, who did this to you?" asked Scarlet, there was a slight murderous tone to the way he spoke.
"Black." There was a pause as Harmony tried to get her bearings as her vision spun. "Black is here."
Harmony felt her body sway back and forth, and then everything went black.
