A small painting I made today of Bdubs base, inspired by Mumbo’s latest episode. The whole thing is ten by fifteen cm, or four by six inches (if my math is correct). I used a larger brush than I usually would for this painting, as I didn’t want to get lost in the details.

the sibling headcanon is valorized as the safer, more normal, and less "parasocial" counterpart to shipping ccs because of the belief that they don't tick off the same icky checkboxes that shipping does, such as imposing the loaded implications of a differently natured and more charged relationship status onto two (or more) people who are merely friends (or coworkers, lol), not considering a friendship as "enough" to be able to hold all these interactions and so they must be something more, reading into the facets of their existing relationship for "proof", and generally treating the details of a person's life as something you can play tuoys with. except they do tick off those checkboxes like they literally do. like all of those things also apply to sibling headcanons as well. like.
