i understand why some ppl w DID/OSDD hate it when people ask who's fronting/if they switched, but i honestly kinda love it. it feels nice to have someone ask, even if you don't have an answer for them (and especially when they're ok with that lack of an answer! which we're lucky all our friends are). like, its really nice having someone care who you are and acknowledging that that's not always going to be the same person, and just being cool with whatever answer you give them.

I keep noticing little things that have probably definitely been signs we're a system for a while. Like the running narration of our life that is pretty much always going and co-con and nearby alters use to help orient themselves if they take front. But also having heated HEATED arguments with "myself" in our head where I vehemently have to defend myself. Like I know other people will act out arguments in their head when feeling insecure or when upset etc. But I'm just straight fighting for my life against various voices I have no control over yelling at me in my head. Idk I guess I should have known.

Finding it confusing is one thing, its confusing for everyone involved, but that doesn’t mean people need to reject it or judge it.

Just let people live man. Things are already hard enough, just try to think about it and understand for like 2 seconds.

still fuming mad about that one reddit post that was like “halloween adults are just as bad as Disney adults” I just want to give people candy and wear costumes and tell scary stories, not fund the atrocities committed by a $200 billion dollar nightmare corporation. like, don’t get me wrong, a lot of consumerism gets tangled up with Halloween but at its core it is a fairly accessible and fun holiday and it prioritizes creativity and spirit over material goods, unlike modern Christmas.
