had a real backrooms moment at work today. my company has a shared building downtown, 90% of our offices are on the 6th floor and my department has one space on the 4th floor, where I work. I had to run up to 6 to deliver something to a higher-up, but I’ve only ever been to the conference room right off the elevator, and the map she sent me did not adequately express the nightmare labyrinth I was walking into. everyone’s working from home!
