☀️this is a spell to make you feel happier and block out negativity in your life☀️

you’ll need:

🌻a yellow or white candle.

🌻a song you associate with happiness.

🌻two pieces of paper.

🌻a sharpie.

✨✨✨

what to do:

🌻light your candle and start playing your song on loop.

🌻while humming along to your happy song, on one piece of paper start writing down things that have been making you feel not your best lately.

🌻burn that piece of paper (carefully)

🌻write down things that make you feel happy on the other piece of paper.

🌻blow out the candle and leave the paper in front of a window or somewhere sunny where it can be charged by the sun.

🌻carry the paper around with you in your pocket or in your backpack/purse.
