This our library here in Spring, Texas, in the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey. When I think of people who have lost everything, I hate how sad I feel about a library. But this is where I’ve taken my kids for story time since they were infants. It’s where I’ve met my closest mom friends. It’s a place that means the world to me. But beyond that, this is a place that my community needs. It offers free educational programming, resources, information, language classes, Internet, human connection, a place that is clean and safe, free lunches for kids in the summer when school is out. It’s not just a bunch of books. For some people, the library is their only access to these things.

This may not be as pressing a need as shelter and food right now, but in the coming future, libraries will be critical centers of information-sharing to their communities.  They will help people connect to all the resources they need to rebuild their lives.

So proud of you for this. Nobody else stepping up is the reason we as women get scared when dealing with strange men. Because she like this be happening and nobody wants to say anything and even when somebody does the attacker usually gets hosyile for not getting what they want. That shit is scary. And you know a black man is in more danger for getting involved than a white man. Because of our fucked up society - if he had been a white man that defended himself against a child predator, he would never have been cuffed. To the men out there, please do something if you see something, it is never wrong to stand up for a child who may not have a voice to speak for themselves.

Future! Au in which these boys become pro heroes… but Deku still can’t tie his neckties properly and Bakugou’s worst enemy are still…well, neckties. He’s not going to wear them. Never P.s. they are dressed up to attend one of those formal events/interviews etc P.p.s. I decided that they would eventually change hairstyle: Bakugou with a comfy undercut, Kirishima with a tamer but still badass version of his old spiky hairstyle, Todoroki wants to cut his fringe but he’s still somewhat conscious of the scar so he resolves to this, and Midoriya keeps his curls, just a tad shorter.
