everything inside me feels broken.
This summer, my schizophrenic little brother murdered my dad.
I know this is so far out there, but I desperately wish I could talk to someone who has been through a similar experience.
My sisters and I are truly alone.
Life is a living hell.
The pain of wanting a baby and not having one hurts more than the pain of all of my miscarriages combined.

I hope you last, my magical little peppercorn.
Saw this picture of me from 2013 and it brought up some weird feelings. 6 years ago. 60 pounds ago. I felt pudgy. I was embarrassed to eat in front of people or I would eat way more than everyone else to prove that I was "normal". "See, I do eat," I would say. "I'm just naturally skinny." And then I'd starve myself for a few weeks, eating 500 calories a day. The number on the scale didn't matter as long as it was smaller than the last time. I was coping in one of the most destructive ways ever for what would later be diagnosed as Panic Disorder, Dysthymia, and recurrent major depressive episodes.
Fast forward to now and I feel alive again. I'm curvy and sexy and so in tune to myself. I don't know the girl in this picture anymore. Now I've let myself go in the best way possible. I'm married, I own a house, I have a successful career and a college degree. I still struggle with other things in life but I've learned that actually taking care of yourself is the best way to cope and recover.
My best friend and I did a photo shoot and got asked if we were engaged 😂 10 years in the making

When you're having a panic attack and the meds hit you
Brain: We are having a panic attack
Me:… Why?
Brain: Because we are having a panic attack
Me: But why are we having one in the first place?
Brain:
Just a glimpse of life with an anxiety disorder. I wanted to go on a jog but I couldn't find my arm band that hold my cell phone. I was 90% sure my husband had it, but I spent an hour destroying the house in a frenzy trying to find it. I was hot and dizzy and out of breath and ended up on the floor with my dogs until I calmed down.
I'm not mad that you're pregnant. I'm mad that I'm not.
