Sugar Rush
Hey guys! So yesterday was my last day of 30 eating sugar. Today was my first day back on sugar. And true to my word, I had coffee with a bunch of coffee creamer (basically half and half), and fudgeo cookies for breakfast.
AND IT WAS FUCKING GREAT! I will never give up coffee creamer again. That shit keeps ya regular. I feel like I dropped 3 pounds this morning. AND I ACTUALLY DID. Made my stomach feel lighter and flatter. Im not sure these thousands of different types of diets work. But I do know that sugar is obviously bad for you. I already have a forehead full of acne today. Now is that from eating cookies for breakfast or from the stress of being at the in-laws for a week? 🤷♀️
Every meal I ate today involved sugar. Of course. Like what doesn’t have sugar in it now-a-days? It’s actually ridiculous. It’s actually kinda like cocaine. Gives you a quick energy boost and then you crash. So you keep taking more. Our society has us all hyped up on sugar like a bunch of uncontrolled lab monkeys.
Note to all: watch your sugar intake for even a day, you may be disgusted with how much is in everything you eat.
