 So i went to the museum today and half way through i heard a ring tone- it was the hunger games whistle ( rues whistle?) anyways i whistled back and i swear to god the person whistled it back to me!! So I did anther part of the whistle and they did it again!!!! When i turned to catch the person no one was there. I went on and about an hour later i heard the whistle AGAIN!!! just randomly too!!! LIKE  it was calling out to me!! so i whistled back and it turned out to be an extremely hot dude and I cant even right now., I think i just met my soul mate!!!!

There are a lot of things to discuss with this interview, but I think the most important is that Ben Affleck did not have to do this. His opinion is still not a fashionable opinion to have in the United States. It could get him in actual trouble, saying this in public. This is not a feel-good humanitarian issue that he is agreeing with to widespread applause. This is not an opinion that is going to get him kudos with powerful people.

This is a white American male calling out Islamophobia, and calling out the racist imperialism of U.S. foreign policy. This is a white American male with literally nothing to gain with his commentary from the powers that be, standing up for Muslims, to a widely-liked liberal comedian, not because he’ll get brownie points tomorrow, but because it’s actually the right thing to do.

Like I seriously don’t often get excited about celebrities jumping into politics, especially complicated politics like this - but Ben Affleck was a total hero in this interview and should be applauded for not taking the easy way out of this conversation.

We are allowed to inherit and own property and businesses, and we are allowed to CHOOSE our husbands instead of having them foisted upon us in arranged marriages. WE ARE ALSO ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE IN COMBAT.

I’ve read the Qu’ran COVER TO COVER and there’s nothing God says about women being LESS than men. In fact, God IMPLORES men to treat women as equals. Probably because God knew men have a tendency to foul things up and has to remind them that WOMEN ARE ALSO PRECIOUS CREATIONS OF HIS DIVINE WILL.
