The trend of looking like a famine victim needs to fucking stop. Abusing weight loss drugs like this is absolutely an eating disorder.

Being that thin and malnourished can and will lead to organ damage and death. Often it’ll be a heart attack or stroke, or just plain old organ failure. Even switching back to a regular diet could kill them if they do it too quickly.
