Expanded Ranger Conclave/Subclass Spell Lists
I'm not going to make a graphic for this because frankly, this is a pretty simple post. Of the eight ranger subclasses (sometimes called "conclaves", despite that name being unofficial in 5e and only being briefly used in some bits of Unearthed Arcana), five get additional spells, one for each of the five spell levels rangers have access to.
The three subclasses that do not receive this benefit are the two from the Player's Handbook, the Beast Master and the Hunter, and the recent Drakewarden.
Now how would I adjus these three subclasses to be more in line with the others? There are two options for this:
#1 All three subclasses receive both the Primeval Awareness class feature which is printed in the PHB and the Primal Awareness feature which can replace the former and which was printed in Tasha's Cauldron of Everything (TCE) as part of that book's suggested ranger alterations. This way these three subclasses have a leg up to other ranger subclasses, which still have to pick between the two options. This option works especially well for the revised Beast Master from TCE and the Drakewarden, which are both in terms of power level much more in line with the other ranger subclasses than the Hunter is.
#2 Unique spell lists! Please note that for the sake of ease of use, all three will only feature spells from the PHB (or, in the case of the Drakewarden only, Fizban's Treasury of Dragons, the book that subclass was printed in) and that none of the spells listed are part of the Primal Awareness feature from TCE. Anyway, here they are!
Beast Master
3rd Ranger level - Cure Wounds (1st-level spell)
5th Ranger level - Find Steed (2nd-level spell)
9th Ranger level - Create Food and Water (3rd-level spell)
13th Ranger level - Dominate Beast (4th-level spell)
17th Ranger level - Awaken (5th-level spell)
Hunter
3rd Ranger level - Wrathful Smite (1st-level spell)
5th Ranger level - Melf's Acid Arrow (2nd-level spell)
9th Ranger level - Elemental Weapon (3rd-level spell)
13th Ranger level - Staggering Smite (4th-level spell)
17th Ranger level - Dominate Person (5th-level spell)
Drake Warden
3rd Ranger level - Chromatic Orb (1st-level spell)
5th Ranger level - Shatter (2nd-level spell)
9th Ranger level - Ashardalon's Stride (3rd-level spell, FTD)
13th Ranger level - Stoneskin (4th-level spell)
17th Ranger level - Legend Lore (5th-level spell)
I believe that these spells provide a flavorful and balanced addition to these subclasses, though personally for the Drakewarden in particular, I believe that approach #1 works better, since the drake companion is very powerful and thus the boost needed is minimal at best. This is really more of a thought exercise and honestly, I'm surprised as to how the ranger will look 2024-onward.
This is my second ranger subclass, but this time I tried to make something more in line with the new style of ranger subclasses presented in Xanathar's Guide to Everything. This subclass is designed around slaying dragons: while it was inspired by tales from folklore of heroic dragonslayers. its features are designed around overcoming the features that dragons possess in D&D. It's therefore a mix of both fairy-tale fantasy and practical combat utility, giving you features that should be useful in most fights but ESPECIALLY useful in fights against dragons.
With this subclass, I'm also trying out a new style of picture editing which I've seen a lot of other homebrewers using. I'm really impressed with it and how much it makes the image look like part of the page, so I think I'll stick with it. If you like this subclass and want a high quality PDF version of it as well as of everything else I’ve made (or just want to support me), please consider pledging to my patreon.
v2: The chosen damage type for Elemental Adaptation can now be changed on a short rest, Slaying Strike deals additional damage and is more effective against dragons, Dragonslayer Dodge now halves the damage of subsequent attacks instead of giving them disadvantage.

Ranger Heirlooms
Hello again, some more Ranger Heirlooms. These are for the general class features of ranger, as I mentioned in our other Ranger bundle post, these are modeled after the Unearthed Arcana version of ranger. I believe those features function much differently than their PHB counterpart so it’s a bit more relevant that you are aware of that version. Of course, you can always adjust the items to work with the original version.
I don’t have so much to ramble at the moment, my apologies, but I still hope you have a good day as always.

It took two full days of writing and rewriting and nearly killed me but here’s the write-up of my replacement rules for the Beast Master subclass that fixes it and makes it more awesome than it’s ever been without going too overboard or inherently magical. It’s freaking dope. This is the last social I’m posting it to, I lost my humility two subreddits ago. I worked real hard on this and did a really good job. If Trinket had gotten to use these rules Sam woulda never had a gosh darn thing to say against him.
