I once heard a statement that in adulthood all your formed relationships will be genuine & eternal..

Yeah sure, especially if most adults go into romantic relationships, or desperately seek those cause they act like they're gonna die without any partner, ignore all of their friendships & basically just drown themselves in work & that mf they pulled & function like npcs..

And then either completely abandon the friends, or think that if they talk to their friends like 6 times per year, it's still a fulfilled friendship.. Like if you're capable to talk to your mf & your family on a daily basis, then you're capable to talk to your friends more often.

How are any of those relationships genuine if most people's brains cannot comprehend that partners aren't necessary and treat their friends like an extra treats?..

And don't go on me w the "Oh but yours just suck :/", like being getting brainwashed by amaronormativity shouldn't require anyone to constantly force themselves to others and then eventually guess which one's gonna match you. We don't have telepathy to read people, and all of that acquaintancing takes months or years. And what's the point of putting all that time into someone when it'll go to nowhere?.. Also not everyone is straightforward and can let themselves get brainwashed & forced into this culty system, so there's no prevention of that either.
