ADHD strikes again.
Today, a guest asked what filter cartridge they need for their filter, and I asked what filter and they had. They didn’t know, and said it came with their glofish tank kit. And I was like, ok let’s go look at the box.
Boom, box says “PF10 filtration” because that’s all my brain saw on the box. And I was like “ok I know we have PF10 filter cartridges. I hope they all fit the different brands? IDFK. And directed the guest to them.
It didn’t register that Tetra was a brand. It also didn’t register that right below that box, it told me exactly what I needed to get.
