this post is made to clarify the circumstances surrounding the expulsion of moriwile, formerly known as ambivalent, from the mcsr community in january 2026.

the main reason behind ambivalent's expulsion is their defence of their boyfriend TigerMCSR after he was outed for sexual harassment, racism, homophobia etc. when ambivalent's hypocrisy was made clear, many people came forward detailing their experiences with ambivalent's manipulative behaviours and actions, which they previously did not feel comfortable speaking up about due to ambivalent's image as a well-liked and trusted community member.

the following document is very very long and detailed, but captures only a fraction of what ambivalent has done to the mcsr community, largely in relation to couriway's mod team. it wasn't publicized immediately upon its completion in march 2026 to provide time for the victims to heal, but recent events have lead the writers of the doc to believe that providing proper public access is necessary.

while the doc was compiled to document charlie's actions in the community, it is also an important resource on how to best handle community-wide incidents in a way that mitigates harm as much as possible. even well-intentioned attempts to inform and protect a community can cause harm without meaning to. so while we encourage you to share the document to whoever you think would benefit from it, we must stress that it is not to be used to harass or incite hatred against ambivalent.

What is the Aspec Glossary?

Ambivalent is a descriptor often used to indicate one's personal feelings about certain actions which may be more complicated than just repulsed, averse, indifferent, or favorable. For example, someone may be romance-ambivalent, sex-ambivalent, rose-ambivalent, plato-ambivalent, etc.

Someone who is ambivalent may have mixed or dynamic feelings towards what they are ambivalent to. For example, someone who is sex-ambivalent may be repulsed by some sexual actions and favorable to other sexual actions, or their level of repulsion/favorability may be fluid or fluctuating. There are many other reasons why someone may identify with the ambivalent label over repulsed, averse, indifferent, or favorable, these are just a couple.
