Every day I realize over and over how much of a fight my life is. Fighting day after day after day, and every night in my dreams too! My very existence is a fight. And I'll speak of no other time than the last 24 hours and allow myself to recognize,

That I did good today. I took care of myself. I listened to my body. I tried my best. I avoided harmful habits. I didn't immediately push all feelings away and numb myself, I cried a bit instead. Twice.

I'll push myself to breaking point another 1000 times at least before my life is over, probably. But I've been fighting and I did well. And for now that's enough
