Needless to say, Adrian loved the shirt that Jaune got him
Bumblby shippers 10 years of pushing and shoving be like:
Finally some LGBTQ representation to come out of RWBY, they are so brave wish there more like this.
Meanwhile:
Was never shoved into people’s face, Volume 6 introduced two married lesbian with a kid and everyone was happy to see and moved on.

First on screen Lesbian and was never pushed or questioned and she the best character to enter the show period.
“Sorry the stress of being new moms made us rusty at most other skills but if having all the wiggles songs memorized is going to help you defeat Salem hit us up we have that shit ON LOCK…”
Arcotta Headcanon 2.0
One of my first every posts was a collection of short Arcotta headcanon's. So part 2.
Saph is open about women, Terra is not.
One day Terra walked into work after there honeymoon and pretended she didn't know what marriage was.
"Oh my Brothers, Terra is that a wedding ring? Your married?" "No fuck off."
Meanwhile Saph one day walked into the family home and was like
"Mother, Father, Sisters, Brother, this is my girlfriend."
And later in life walked back in and yelled
"I'm getting married July 15th, it's off the coast of Argus, I'll text everyone the address, dress nicely and I expect to see everyone there."
Good lord that tweet about rwby and fma:b. I guess the twitter handle should've tipped us off that all this person cares about is surface level diversity rep points and not one iota about story, animation, or characters. They obviously don't know that fma has important well developed female characters and that fma is created by woman. Silly wasps lol.
not surprised in the slightest that this (now deleted) tweet was posted by a wasp. fmab is one of the greatest pieces of media of our generation, a cultural milestone that was liquid gold in terms of money and success for anyone involved in it.
aapparently two white men in texas can write better """representation""" than one (1) japanese woman. obviously. /s
speaking as a woc: diversity is nice, yes, but it doesn't instantly make a story good. not only that, but just throwing "diversity" into your story doesn't instantly make a story good either. adding multiple poc or queer characters to a series without developing them well doesn't make a story good. that just shows me that the creators only care about surface-level """representation""" and not actually writing our stories well.
rwby's queer diversity is limited to only a few characters. and, imo, only characters like the arcottas are good queer representation... but even then, the arcottas got written off in volume 6. and we're heading into volume 9 now.
i'm also not surprised that the same wasp who tweeted the bullshit (now deleted) tweet above also posted man-hating TERF/radfem rhetoric.
just yikes all around.
“Noodle's Long as Fuck Unfinished RWBY Art Thread (yeah this is going to be a read):”
I'm still not done posting on this thread but have a full Twitter Thread of my unfinished and yet posted RWBY Art if anyone hasn't caught the announcement on Twitter and Instagram.
I also plan on making separate threads for the RWBY AUs I've made since there are a couple AUs that I enjoyed creating and don't want to waste all the ideas I've made for them (Especially for the Amnesia Clover AU and the Malachite Clover AU since those are much bigger AUs).
But after that, I think I'm done doing RWBY art for a long time. As much as I want to do more, I can no longer support a show that has enabled so much bigotry in their writing and toxicity in their FNDM.
I'll still be apart of RWBY Fan Projects and will do RWBY art for Commission work when I get around to setting up an Commission sheet (which might be a while.
It hurts to say goodbye to a show that I've watched for 6 years and has affected me so much personally ever since my High School years. But it's for the best for my mental health.
